I would not recommend Cartime Rochdale because the customer service is appalling. It wasn’t a good experience like it should have been and when I eventually left with the car, I was literally handed the keys and that was it. I got in the car and the petrol meter was showing 1 mile worth of petrol. I have now had the car over a week and not received a courtesy call or anything.

My experience at Cartime Rochdale could have been better because the salesman did not complete a handover via management regarding my purchase 16.4.25 when they knew they were then having annual leave.
This led to zero outwards communication to myself following the agreement to purchase and deposit paid to hold the car.
18.4.25I had to make contact 3 days after purchase as I heard nothing with the hope I could pick my vehicle up at weekend. Was told this would only be on 22.4.25.
On 22.4.25 I called to confirm I could collect the vehicle that evening - unable to speak to salesman. Emailed back confirming my vehicle was ready for collection that evening.
Arrived at cartime to see my vehicle was not ready - still in preparation phase on the forecourt.
Was told could be available in 1 hour and they would sort it. Declined as needed 2 new tyres, break pads/discs and the safeguard protection applying and didn’t want this to be a rush job - car also needed valetting and detailing.
Left in courtesy car as needed a vehicle for work.
Returned the next evening for the car to not be detailed and several areas needing attention.
Took away car and arranged to return 26.4.25 to have car detailed.
Very disappointing customer service all round.
I really hope my experience tomorrow goes some way to acknowledge, recognise and rectify the negative experience so far



I would not recommend Cartime Rochdale because with not viewing the car prior due to location I would expect the vehicle to be in the condition the sales person stated it would be in , ie not having parts missing or hanging off on arrival and not to sign one returns policy to be then expected to follow another very happy to sell you a car but not to deal with the issues that arised after , being passing from pillar to post
